These daily restarts will continue until further notice.

The Hellgate: London live servers, Shulgoth (US) and Sydonai (EU), will be updating to Patch 1.3 on April 24th at 12:00 PM PT and 9:00 PM PT (4:00 AM GMT), respectively. The update will take no longer than an an hour at which time service will resume.
Patch 1.3 introduces a host of new elements to Hellgate: London, including a Shared Stash system, a Premium Item Merchant, optional chat bubbles, a number of emotes your characters can perform, the abilities to hide your helmet and inspect other characters' equipment, and a Donation Collector NPC who grants global buffs. Additionally, a new set of passive skills called Expertise have been introduced, gained by earning Ranks. For more details, check out the latest patch notes from Test Center. Complete patch notes will be published later today.

This afternoon at 2:30 PM PT, the Test Center server will update to the release candidate version of Patch 1.3. The estimated downtime is between 30 to 60 minutes, after which normal service will resume. This patch will be pushed to the live servers tomorrow barring any unforeseen difficulties.
While the final patch notes have yet to be published, the preliminary ones based off of earlier Test Center builds can be found here.

The update will take no longer than an an hour at which time service will resume. To reiterate, the live servers are NOT updating to Patch 1.3 during this time.
The new Patch 1.2 build changes a few things which will not affect the end-user and fixes three known bugs including a login screen interface issue, some visible code in a Green Park Station quest dialog, and a trading bug. Patch notes for Patch 1.2 can be found here.

This afternoon at about 3:00 PM PT, the Test Center server was updated with an early build of Hellgate: London Patch 1.3. Patch 1.3 has grown much like Patch 1.2, starting off as an interim patch and developing into a significant content update. The patch offers an impressive selection of new features including Ranks and the Perk Points system, numerous emotes, character inspection, gambling, shared stash, and then some. More details are available in the Test Center Patch 1.3 notes, published on the Hellgate: London forum.

This early version of Patch 1.3 will be updated as new builds become available and ready for Test Center.
Sydonai (EU) and Shulgoth (US) will be updating to a new build of Patch 1.2 tonight and tomorrow morning, March 19th at 7:00 PM PT (3:00 PM GMT) and March 20th at 6:00 AM PT, respectively. The update will take about an hour at which time service will resume. The new build brings adjustments to the game's back-end infrastructure and will not affect the game directly.
